Hello everybody,

<https://github.com/plk/biblatex/pull/1000> discusses some possible
changes to the biblatex standard styles/data model for the next biblatex
version. In order to keep disruptions for custom styles at a minimal
level, I'd like to elicit some feedback before these changes are ready
to be merged.

If you have any comments about those changes, please feel free to
comment there. Feedback by style authors would be very much appreciated,
but feedback of 'normal' users is also very, very welcome.

If you don't have a GitHub account, you can send me an email instead.

A similar message was posted to the change announcements issue at the
biblatex GitHub <https://github.com/plk/biblatex/issues/842>. If you are
interested in biblatex development (and have a GitHub account), you can
subscribe to the issue to be kept in the loop about big biblatex changes.

No problems were reported. So the changes have been merged. Thanks to
everybody who commented. Testing of the changes is still very welcome.

The matter of pagetotal in <https://github.com/plk/biblatex/issues/847>
